For the record though, Kronenberg is my personal favorite when I can get down to bigger stock liquor stores... but Bud is better than most similar Aussie beers. You will guaranteed puke after drinking VB or Carlton....

I love Budweiser for the very reasons you hated it! Lol, even though I'm a fan, I admit this review is hilleriously spot-on. I hate the taste of strong beer, it upsets my stomach. I'm Aussie and we have worse beers than Bud... Carlton Draught leaves the worst aftertaste of any beer in the world!

I agree its not the best but had no choice, here in Mexico city at the 7/11 they only got weird Mexican unknown beers and Budweiser so i choosed it but i dont like it its weak im from Netherlands and its a kind of Heineken orsome but lil sweeter. I dont like Heineken.

I prefer to drink lager beer, and out of all the lagers I've had Budweiser is by far the blandest one out there. Its overpriced, overmarketed, and underwhelming. Great reviews Hougly!!

I prefer something like Samuel Adams or Sierra Nevada, but I still don't understand why Budweiser is so ridiculed. I understand why it's not popular to craft beer enthusiasts, but then again, a craft beer enthusiast or someone who prefers microbrews shouldn't bother drinking or reviewing Budweiser. It's not meant to please that crowd. Every beer has its place, just like you wouldn't drink a stout when it's 90+ degrees outside.
