@iChrisOfficial Hannah Always lip syncs on every song she did Miley doesnt. they autotune her voice so it could sound like that but when shes Miley she uses her real voice.

Actually, due to poor sound systems, in large parades, all the songs performed are pre-recorded and lip synced. If you happened to see the boo-boo that Scotty McCreary, the latest American Idol winner, made at this year's Macy's parade, when he missed his cue, then you can see an example. A few yrs back, Kanye West insisted on doing his song live, and it was a hot mess.

miley does not lip sync. she always said that she'd rather have people saying she sounds like a crap than having people hearing her lip sync. maybe the video and the sound are not just properly put together.
