Were located in San Franciscos Dogpatch (east of Potrero Hill), a few minutes down 3rd Street from the Giants ballpark.

We served slow food before it was popular.

Our white, wheat and cinnamon-raisin bread is baked right here, with no additives or preservatives. And our rye bread is from the fine folks at Acme. Our chicken-apple sausage, prosciutto, and ham are made with no artificial preservatives by local charcuterie Zoes Meats. We never cook with trans fats. Delicia Foods creates a custom-blended seed oil just for us. We hand-cut kennebec potatoes to make our french fries and home fries.


We serve fresh fruits & vegetables (never frozen or canned) and buy organic whenever the price allows. Our seafood is mostly caught locally and purchased fresh each day from Royal Hawaiian Seafood.


Our eggs are fresh from local producer Petaluma Farms, where the hens are free to roam and are fed organic grains. Our hamburgers are made the way hamburgers were meant to be: from 100% fresh ground chuck. And you thought we were just slingin hash!
