Actually this is not Turkish bread; it is Persian bread and is called BarBari. It was originally baked in the East of Iran (Khorassan) but became popular all over Iran later. This bread is probably second most popular bread in Iran (after Sangak bread).

@0000000Lara 350f is only 180c, you want to be more in the 425f range. It will still work fine at 350, but you wont get as much colour.
