@SteveOfHate Dude, there is an easy way out to astral project. I tried meditating for about a year and I could never astral travel. What you need to do is get some DMT (and no, its NOT a drug, its found naturally in everyones brains). Get some DMT and smoke two or three bowls and it will cause IMMEDIATE atral projection. You will see and speak to astral spirts and will be able to fly as if in a lucid dream.
