Clear white glue, like Elmer's or basic white school glue will not work in a deep container like a cup. It would probably take weeks to dry if ever. And you can add layers a little at a time, but the layers would be visible. Sculpey glaze is opaque and not sure it would dry properly either. Not sure about Triple Thick. The epoxy 1 to 1 is designed to chemically bond together and dry fast and hard for this purpose. Experiment though, you might find something that works.
