I showed up 6 minutes late to soccer practice once, and my coach made me do 600 yards of bear crawls - 100 yards for every minute. It was hell.

Once, my brother missed a whole entire practice and didn't call and that same coach made him do 1500 yards!

my coach makes us do this after we sprint to the 40-50-60 yard lines. We do 5 minutes starting off. If someone knees touches the ground we do 10 more minutes.

at football in midle school, coach makes us do this at the enndzone to the 50 yard line, then we ave to sprin the rest of the field 10 times

ninjitsu has this same crawl except they keep their stomach inches away from the ground and use only the ball of the foot and the hands
