Excerpt from Victor Borges 80th birthday concert in Tivoli Concert Hall, Copenhagen, Denmark (1989). Mr. Borge accompanies Danish recorder player Michala Petri.

I have uploaded this video with English subtitles, as a gesture to all non-Danish speaking fans of Mr. Borge. Enjoy !

  • Sometimes you just can't get enough of a guy ...Even if the sketch is (almost) the same ... But what language is he speaking ? Dutch ?? I like the flute ... Thanks, Runi P.S. he definitely has a way with not just the women, but the most delectable ones ... My God, I should have taken piano lessons more seriously ... or Rabbi lessons ... (LOL)

  • @RuniEvents

He speaks Danish (and was born and raised in Denmark)

  • How do you get the captions to show? I can't see any

  • I've checked the help forum and found that others have reported the same issue. I will let you know when it is fixed.

  • Captions are up and running again.

If they don't show up automatically, then if you click on the arrow in lower right corner of the video, you should be able to activate them.
