So as I tipped toed down the steps I saw more of this mystery person. "Hey Jo I see that your up!" Jennifer said with her car keys in her hand. "Yeah, I just got out of the shower." I said smiling. "Well I see someones very happy and relaxed" she said giggling and smiling. "Hi" said a voice coming out of the kitchen. "Oh Joanna this is Rick and his friend-." She said pointing at the dude wearing an orange and blue plaid shirt with black skinny jeans. "Hi nice to meet you Joanna" He said while shaking my hand for only a minute. "Nice to meet you as well Rick." I replied with a friendly smile. "Oh and heres my "sidekick".-" Rick said laughing as his "sidekick" came through the kitchen door as well. "Hey, my names Jeremy." He said holding out his hand. I was caught totally off guard when he came in, I dont even think I heard him. "Umm hey?" I said shaking his hand, but for some odd reason I didnt let it go? "Psst... Joanna you can let his hand go!" Jennifer said laughing. "Huh...oh!" I soon yanked my hand away knowing that I just embarrassed myself in front of a hot guy. "Its okay, I just feel like I have seen you before." He said running his fingers through his hair. "I know the same here..." Rick looked at Jennifer as if I was completely deformed. "I like your earrings" Jeremy said while smiling. "Thanks." I noticed that I was wearing the earrings that Kyle gave me for our last anniversary. "It was a Gift..." I finished replying with a half smile on my face. "We were just gonna go get some pizza. You wanna tag along?" Jennifer asked holding up her keys. "Ummm" I just couldnt stop looking at Jeremy, he looked so sexy. I mean his semi strait but curly hair, those muscular arms; the hazel eyes that sparkle in the light. Who couldnt resist his sexiness? "Sure why not." I said smiling, but I soon saw Jeremy smiling also when he knew that I was tagging along. So I headed upstairs and started getting ready, and then there was a sudden knock on the door. "Hold on!" I said putting on a robe. "Its me Jenn!" "Oh okay come in" I said unlocking the door. "For a moment I thought you were-." "Let me guess Jeremy?" She said smiling. "Psht...no, why would you say that?" I said blushing and acting very confused. "Dont psht me I saw your eyes slowly undress him!" She said with a evil but nice face. "Shut up!" I said throwing my brush at her. "You like him dont you!" she said making a funny but weird face. "First of all, never make that face again" I said laughing. "And second, I dont like him." I said with a serious face. "Okay " Jenn said smirking. "Im dead serious Jennifer! I mean hes attractive-." "Ha-ha I knew it!" She said pointing her finger at me. She didnt even let me finish. "Jenn be serious here, I just broke up with a guy that I dated for four months! Now... how in the world can I get over him, when I still love him Jenn?! Can you explain that to me?" I said lightly grabbing my hair as if I was going to pull it out that very second. "True..." she said in an understanding voice. "I think I should be getting ready-." I said looking at Jennifer, but she didnt catch the hint. "Alone!?" We both started laughing and she went down stairs to chill with Rick and Jeremy. I took off the robe and put my hair into a medium pony tail. Then I did my make up (I sort of did a Smokey but soft look) and found a pair of jeans that I left over here a long time ago, and I threw on a lime green v-neck top and headed down stairs. "Are you done?" I heard Jennifer yell from down stairs. "Yeah!" I said grabbing my handbag and walking down the steps. "Whoa..." I turned around and looked and saw Jeremy with a twinkle in his eyes and a smile on his face.
