why not use half life 2's phsysics and say its yours! lol im just playin, its pretty nice

I like it. Some of the collisions are off, but what do you expect. It is a one person engine. In addition to that he has got realtime dynamic shadows, and his other video has showed that it can use Parallax mapping. Nice Video!

Pretty close, What shape are you using for the Sphere's boundary collision, a Hexagon?
