Jimmy Justice - An NYPD officer uses a squad car to run personal errands and violates traffic law

Here is a video from my archives that I neglected to upload in the past.

An NYPD officer is using a squad car to run her personal errands. She blocks a bike lane, blocks a fire hydrant, and double parks while going into a restaurant to eat lunch.

When she notices me , at first she claims she is allowed to double park, and then she claims that she is not double parked although the video clearly shows her double parked.

She is a liar. The only time an NYPD officer can violate traffic law is during an emergency. Ordering lunch is NOT an emergency.
