We've moved things around in Studio1A. Almost everything is ready, but I wanted to keep in touch with this quick video.

Drop by and have a look!

  • i always wanted to hear a voice going thru the aphex 230, thanks.

sound like it worth the money.

  • VideoViper,

The 230 is, by far, the most popular piece of gear we have. It also probably makes the biggest single difference in our 'sound'.

    Best,

    Mark

  • Mark,

Looks and sounds great. I am proud to say that I've been a listener of the Podsqod/New Media Gear show since 2006, and was one of your first subscribers here on YouTube.

You've been a great source of audio knowledge, as well as helping me "dream build".

    Thanks for all you've done.....

  • Thanks for the kind words Doug. That means a lot to Laura and I.

We look forward to producing many more years of audio and video.

    Best,

    Mark

  • Is that the SM-2 shockmount? Please let me know.. Thanks!

  • Interesting and informative video. Thanks for the product line-up.I've tried to keep my studio costs down by reviewing cost-effective solutions. Getting the lights right is a chore(but white diffusers help a lot). We're currently experimenting with motorized camera mounts as an effect. Another time consuming issue has been cooling fan noise. The better half has got me thinking about decor, also. We've secured paint chip samples to toy with some improved color schemes(and to compare levels).

  • Hi Bob,

Great to hear from another Ham!

I'm noticing some things that need to be tweaked, but that's partially the reason for creating this one.

Stay warm up there and thanks for viewing!

  • Wow! I am the first viewer! And first to comment.

Mark: I am loving the gold plated PR40. New studio layout looks great from this angle. Thanks for posting videos for the fellow gear-head/Broadcast nut!
