中國人最重視吃,從「民以食為天」、「吃飯皇帝大」就可以知道,而柴米油鹽醬醋茶更是缺一不可,其中「醬油」更可說是中國人獨有的重要醬料~在台灣的西螺,可稱得上是台灣­的醬油重鎮,釀醬油的歷史據說已達百年以上,而一直以來堅持以傳統古法~陶缸靜置日曝法的醬油味道,那是什麼都無法取代的,而且今天我們請來醬料世家的婆媳,聽說婆婆就是­因為「醬油香」而找到好老公的~
