A lovely evening benefiting the Marines Toys for Tots Foundation. Hosted by the Golden Gate Yacht Club and featuring many donations from local purveyors of food and drink, the evening also included quite a special event - the wedding of Dianne Boate and Bob Meyer!
These two have always been my favorite couple...I met them over 30 years ago when I moved from Los Angeles to San Francisco and they have been so committed to the Toys for Tots and they taught be a lot about the proper social life in San Francisco . I now live in Marin and ran into them at the Sausalito Art Festival gala party and it was so great seeing them again -

Sung to the tune of "Stormy Weather":
"Don't know quite why,
this video made me cry
when Bob said 'Ditto!'"
Much love to the still-Lovers,
but now with public celebration and certification,

What a great memory Foolish Tree Films has captured in this brief 4:30-minute film. It was truly a night to remember for all time. Congratulations and best wishes to Dianne & Bob for finally "doing it." May the joy and love you've enjoyed these past 30 years continue for a lifetime and more. Love and hugs, Syndi.
