Priyanka Gandhi Vadra daughter of the Congress President and UPA Chair person Sonia Gandhi and the sister of Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is campaigning for the Congress in Uttar Pradesh. She has been campaigning extensively in Amethi and Raebareli, the constituencies of her brother Rahul Gandhi and mother Sonia Gandhi respectively.

Priyanka Gandhi assured that Rahul Gandhi will continue his service for the benefit of Amethi. She hoped that he will continue his good work for the welfare of Amethi and for the better future of the children in the region. "Your future will safe in his hands" assured Priyanka Gandhi. "Rahul Gandhi is carrying forward the good works done by our father Rajiv Gandhi and mother Sonia Gandhi" she added.
Priyanka Gandhi expressed her trust in the people of Amethi and said that she is sure about their support. "I am not here for seeking votes as I am confident about it" she said. "I want you to be the master of yourself by using the right to vote effectively and properly. The right to vote is the biggest weapon and strength of yours, so use it correctly" urged Priyanka Gandhi.
