I've played another brass band arrangement of this wonderful piece which is in the same key of Lucien Calliet's transcription. It's basically this arrangement, but up a tone.

the principal cornet has a lovely vibrato... just enough to 'warm' the solo up. Tuning in the ensemble is good for a brass band, i can sense good things for this band... i wonder if anyone knows if they are going to the pontins contest in october?
