'Rhythm provides order.
Dissonance intervenes to syncopate the system. Patterns contextualize chaos—conveying measure to erratic urban growth, offering respite from sensory surplus.
Coagulations yield intimate and public refuge.
Flows intensify infiltration and connection.
A structural pulse regulates circulation. While quivers of transience vibrate through the system.'
