This is me trying out the D-Beam controller on my new Roland Juno-Stage. It really is interesting and fun to play with, but gets boring after a while. Chicks dig it, though.
@1jordyzzz Use "Active Expression" or "Assignable" if you want to use the d-beam with standard patches, where you have to press a key to make the sound and then use the d-beam to alter it (filter, pitch...).
However. If you choose "Solo Synth", you can use just one special sound designed for this mode only. This sound can only be played using the d-beam though (can't use keys to play it), but you can simultaneously play any normal patch using the keys while you're playing "Solo Synth" d-beam.
Tell me about it. It's as interesting as a plasma ball, but also has a neighbor irritation factor of 12 on a scale of 1 to 10. ;) You can't beat that.
which patch did u use while u activated solo synth mode?
