brilliant idea and nice video.
however current satellite systems like cospas-sarsat and the inmarsat sattelite constellation had proved to be efficient and reliable.setting up another distress alerting system would be a burden for vessel which had already crammed with various distress and communication systems.but if its for singapore registered ship only then go ahead.but hey,if the system development and enhancement is better then i wouldnt mind having 1 either.all in all its up to the IMO.
