After 18 was done, there was very little I could do to conserve energy for the last 2 reps. The bar was starting to slip off, I could barely hold it, legs were getting beat up from just standing there.

  • use a squat rack thats a cage, then u dont have to worry about the weight falling back

  • unfortunately, I have yet to come across a gym that has power cages - just squat racks instead. When I get out of college, I'm going to go gym hunting and pick the one with the best equipment overall. Overall, I hope to make a home gym but that's in the far far future.

  • have you actually made gains of this?

  • gained about 10 lbs in the 4-5 weeks I did the program.

  • @knjazvovk How much weight did you add to the bar per week?

  • @Under7891

at first I made big jumps, but when I started slowing down, it was usually 5 lbs per week.
