@jamesinoxford Its an applied technique- dont be too rash too quick! And if one were to ever feel in danger, then its easy to stop.

OMG. you are voluntarily hyperventilating. result: you paradoxically deprive your brain of oxygen ultimately leading to brain damage. WARNING: DO NOT TRY THIS.

@schimfo Pero tengo entendido que la respiracion conciente se realiza con rapidas respiraciones sincronizadas ? ueno eso fue lo que me enseñaron
But I have understood that conscious breathing is done with synchronized breathing fast? ell that was what I was taught

@malonelibero When hyperventilating your co2 levels drop very low and your body responds by constricting your blood vessels so the oxygen going to your brain cant travel so well.
-
how can you deprive your brain of oxygen if u getting extra air into your lung

i didnt have time to watch your whole video.. just actually came across this breathwork thingy cause i saw an add about it.. anyway the effect you describe i used to achieve even higher vibration within my body within 30 seconds to a minute of this heavy breathing technique that just came naturally to me in the past when in was needed.. yeh my whole head and body would be tingling within a matter of seconds of my technique and my whole body would be vibrating at the highest level possible..
Cual es la diferencia entre la respiracion holotropica y la respiracion conciente ?

@Bradteran The difference is, that holotropic breathing is accelerated breathing, conscious breathing is not. xx

I have to tell you that after I saw this clip last week I applied imediately online for a HBW workshop. And after 3 days, last weekend I attended my first HBW workshop of my life ! It lasted the entire weekend, from Friday to Sunday and it was the most smashing experience of my life ! There are 4 days since finished but I realise that my life will never be the same. I already applied for the next workshop this month. Thank you Schimfo !

If you likd that then you should try physcedelic mushrooms, less effortless then that method and more spirtiual but if you would like to keep doing that method u should do it after you smoke cannabis, because your lungs are more ope and you can take really deap breathes.
