Mazda 3i w/ Aeroturbine 2525 and 2.5" piping

I have the 2525 bt sadly sounds stock I dnt knw y its all strate pipe. Could it be cuz it was put right after the cat? Plz msg back

@emely1407 if you have the same setup there is no way it would sound the same, esp with 2.5 inch piping...so if you have the stock piping then ya, its gunna sound close to stock. i had all my cats in my setup

did you know that the car itself is cheap as fuck? haha, what do you expect? yet it still sounds better than systems that cause 3x it. but hey, what sounds good is all subjective. so thanks for the opinion

i wouldnt say high pitched but i dont know how to explain it. cause its like a really deep screaming loud sound at 4.5k, but how do you scream deeply? thats how it sounds. i guess if you were to say its high pitched, it would be high pitched with a lot of meat behind it...not a hollow weak sound

I'm rockin' the 2540i with 2" piping on my 3 as well. Definately a worthy purchase.

@sparbaroku I purchased the 2540i with 2" piping on my 3 and it sounds great. For the price you can't beat it. Deep sound but not like a truck lol

this does sound similar to a truck at idle, i didn't know mazda3's could sound like this. i like the sound when u took off tho. overall nice unique sound!

You're right personal taste is subjective. I would say it has a truckish sound to it. Are you sure you don't have an exhaust leak? I've heard this same sound on this muffler, on a 300zx and a 240z. The 240z was stock, but I heard it on a Honda Civic and oddly enough it sounded sweet.This could be the 3030, I listed to, but if I were you, I would maybe try throwing the resonator back on and see what it does. Thanks for posting the vid, so people get to hear a variety of cars with this muffler.
