@R1alpha Thats not exactly true...Cubans become full US citizens upon arrival on US soil. Its the USAs way of giving the finger at communism. Puerto Ricans speak spanish and are born as full citizens. Id rather give the test in their language to make sure they were competent drivers. I agree they should try to learn the language......likewise it wouldnt hurt you to learn their language either. If they become bilingual guess who is gonna have the advantage when competing for jobs?

Thanks Big Kenny aka 72. Clarification was needed. I checked with Tim and he confirmed your statement to be accurate. It's not racist. He just doesn't like people who are different than him.
