you dont know enough about the subject of etherium or monatomic gold to make a coment,it is not gold as we know it and not suppressive,its a super conductor,its a new science and we must get closer to the atomic level of things rather than the cruder.food as we know is just as much conditioning and habit,man cannot live on bread real word (food) alone.
I like the fitness shows, even though I'm too sick to do any of them. I like to think that when I get healthy enough to start excersizing, Renegade Health Show tells me how :D
But maybe have more fitness-shows aimed at people who aren't healthy would be an idea to make more people watch it?
If people feel something is too hard for them, they have a tendancy to give up without even trying it first.

i enjoy the fitness shows. i've only been watching for a few months , and of the fitness shows, my favorites were the ones with practical exercises - the one with the bootcamp body weight exercises that the guy had Annmarie doing, and the one the other day with the flexible tubing.
