I made my Strada's fender flares wider to match my DC rims' negative offset.

yung polymer po b eh yun ang mag serve as body at yung styrofoam ang skeleton? yung polymer din po ba ay may properties ng glue pra mas matibay ang dikit?

ano pong klase sir yung ginamit nyo n white glue? kung yung styrofoam ang nka glue, ble yung styrofoam po ang may hawak s buong bagong fender n gawa?

@MrRichstitch Hindi naman po, sir. Mas mabigat yung ginawa ko na steel bumper. Installed a performance chip so better pa than stock yung arangkada ng sasakyan inspite of the added weight ng mga mods like the steel bumper, winch, bigger tires, roll bar, utility box, and the wider fender flares.

Hindi naman po, sir. Kailangan lang po na maganda ang surface prep ng original fender para pagkapitan ng new layer ng fenders.

what do you use for the bones? is it strong enough?

Sir, if you meant the white blocks, those are styrofoam blocks glued to the original flares using white glue. I used 2" thick styrofoam to act as lightweight filler/spacer. I covered them with masking tape before applying fiberglass and polymer filler.
