How could you not love this music. Today's music actually sucks compared to this. The music industry definitely wouldn't be the same if it wasn't for classic bands like these guys

Agree with djmattese that ELO not already being in the R&R Hall of Fame is a monumental disgrace. The collection of hits by Jeff Lynne and ELO are frickin masterpieces that stand the test of time. I would urge all ELO fans to make your voices known to R&R Hall of Fame voters and set them straight. The Cars were also one of my favorite groups. Take care!

@francinethegreat1 Take a bunch of yuoungsters from today's current generation to a show featuring a 70's/80's act, and they most likely wouldn't be able to process what they were hearing. Imagine, hearing REAL instruments and REAL singing LIVE. No recorded tracks doing the background vocals; no lip syncing; REAL entertainment, and not a bunch of people on stage going 'yeah, yeah, yeah, make some noise!'

@faith2xxx AMEN. I didn't appreciate this beautiful music when I was a kid. Now I'm up all night watching and remembering these brilliant masterpieces. Oh, how we need groups like ELO today!!

27 Number One hits,legendary songs, excellent shows, and ELO not in Rock Hall of Fame!? My God, in this time of "Occupy Wallstreet" and time of change, I think the current "voters" need to be ousted and the Rock Hall of Fame set right!!Legends likeELO, Journey,Doobie Brothers, Boston,The Cars etc not in?Snobs say they were to"Pop 40" and the music didn't really change anything? I won't mention any of the artist already in,but looking at some of the the who's in and whos not is Pathetic!!!
