If you get a video transcoder like Super, you can set it as like a 96KBPS MP3/128KBPS FLV, and even in some cases set the frame rate to 15FPS and the size to 320X240 to get it small enough. You can always upload something as a private video just to see yourself how it encodes -- then delete it and re-upload it as public. (Or just set it to public). The GOM Player is also a good video player with built-in codecs for watching FLVs and other things on your computer.

This sounds fabulous. The beatbox / piano duet thing is definitely not something one sees every day. Though if the original video is in stereo, you might try uploading as an MP3-FLV to Youtube to keep the stereo audio.

wow what a cool idea. sounds really good! the only thing i've ever heard remotely close to this was on some random mix CD of various DJs where they used a classical song and i thought it was pretty clever. and this is way cooler :-)
I like the video edits you have done man! The videos and transitions look great!

Pretty cool. Just 2 things I wanted to point out:
1. I wasn't real fond of the beatboxing =(
2. Tay Zonday's melodies are wicked cool but get real repetitive :P
