U Pong Cha Sing (Peng Jia Seng), Kokang ethnic leader, show his gratitude for Mr. Sasaki

U Pong Cha Sing, who is ethnic leader of Kokang Special Region No.1, provided a few words for Mr. Sasaki, JICA Resident Representative, Myanmar, when Mr. Sasaki left Myanmar.
This is real situation that Mr. Sasaki paid 120% efforts for Kokang region rehabilitation from shock of opium poppy eradication since 2003 with his colleagues, Mr. Yamashita and Ms. Sugawra, and also Japanese embassy, particular Mr. Miyamoto, Japanese ambassador, and Mr. Ogawa, the counsellor.
Kokang people showed their trust to Japanese people and their grattitude for Japanese assistance. This is a real situation.
