  • Hehe, good choice, but if I am not mistaken - you used yellow potatoes. Those are for baking or roasting. For the best fries, you want russet potatoes, or Yams. Sweet potatoes make the BEST fries. Great video!

  • Potato skin is a little bit poisoned you should skin them.

  • Sorry but I really don't see any of your videos showing how graceful your cooking skills are. You may consider uploading one or two and let the majority see whether yours is actually so-called "graceful".
