In terms of specs, the iPhone 4S has an Apple A5 dual core 1.0GHz CPU with 512MB of RAM and 16/32/64GB of ROM. The Galaxy Nexus has a TI OMAP dual core 1.2GHz with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM. The Galaxy Nexus has a 4.65" Super AMOLED HD 1280x720 display at 315ppi, while the iPhone 4S has a 3.5" LCD IPS 960x640 display at 326ppi.

I don't understand the FUD around Android an Viruses. First of all there is malware, not viruses. The difference? Malware is intentionally installed, viruses are self replicating. There is nothing for Android that is self replicating. Most of the malware is installed via 3rd party sideloads/from sketchy russian "companies". Lesson: don't install random crap. Other lesson: if you don't know the company ( Skype Pandora etc) and it has crazy permisions..leave it alone. Last lesson: use your brain

I have had both phones and I have to say both are very good phones, but I do feel the iPhone had less bugs and was more secure and safe. On android, viruses and bugs are possible.
