Optimal range of motion is necessary to reduce risk of injury, prevent aches and pains and maximize athletic performance. These quick and easy movements can be helpful when attempting to identify movement impairments first by plane of motion, second by joint then follow up with goniometry to collect specific baseline data. This can be helpful when designing corrective exercise programs and when making service recommendations to patients, clients and athletes. Eric Beard and Todd Forman guest star.

  • @martysgirl228 i noticed that also that his knee was going outward. and his OH squat was going excessively forward. he just might have some over active muscles that he need to balance out. hell be good

  • oops...spelled parrell wrong, it shouldve been parallel.... :-D

  • I noticed that you have some shifting of your hips and some inward deviation of the knee when you were doing your single leg squat. As well as some excessive forward lean while doing your overhead squat. Remember to keep proper parrell alignment with the knees while doing the overhead squat by trying to maintain your inline with knees, you should not be leaning over your toes. ^_^
