The 2nd day of Protest action by the local community to protect sacred areas of Aboriginal land currently threatened by the Stockland development at Sandon Point.
I know its their land but seriously has anyone been there before the building? there was absolutley nothing! and now the people from stockland have put in 1.Rivers
@GregB1972 woodside and the government are doing the dictating. It's good to get an education and learn as much as you can. Aboriginal culture is said to be the oldest civilized culture bringing with it, law, stories, spiritual practice etcetc. most educated Australians know and have read about womens business, they get it from their law and civilized culture. Civilized people tolerate and understand their neighbour not destroy them.
I'm upset I didn't know that this was happening on this day as this is in my town and I would like to support the traditional owners of this land . Is there anything coming up?
It makes me sad that these "workers" actually think it's o.k for them to be there & ruin such beautiful (& sacred) land.
I will spread the word.
I'm yet to upload the videos I took (in relation to getting people down there & sending out an awareness through interviews etc) but they are coming definitely coming (just had some issues with uploading...

How do we let these idiots dictate things? Women's business? Where do they get this stuff from?
