Its really easy to install any OS on most laptops or netbooks.

I prefer Ubuntu Linux. Just download Unetbootin and install it into a USB drive. Run a live boot and you are sorted. You can install if you want as long as you have more than 4GB HDD space.

It works fine in an EEE PC 701SD and that is possibly the smallest least powerful netbook in the world. Much better than winxp

How tricky was it to get linux running on the nc20? I want a linux version to do some tracking with aldrin and renoise.

You know what would make this way better? Showing off games that are more keyboard centric and at little more original. I know keyboard games are scary, but they play better on the PC. Furthermore maybe a crummy clone of 24 year old legend isn't the way to prove the value of Linux or netbooks. Super Tux is a traditional problem with the OSS community. Just more poor copies of real products.
