First off man, nice routine. Very similar to my own - and people tell me I overdo it. Nothin wrong with hard work. You said you train in Taekwondo, correct? Which Dojang?
But I wanted to ask - who's doin the last song on there - the non english track?

do u get more flexible if you hold the stretch for longer.. say instead of 20 secs 30 secs?

16, taekwondo(and many other concepts from other martial arts), about a year and a half.

Well I was flexible enough to do it for a long time. Its just the technique that was hard to get down.

Good vid realy helped me! Im doing muay thai and i always have trouble with my right high kick and when i done this stretch it's easy. Thanks! And what is the name of the song in the beginning?
