    3.) How long did it take to get that flexible for you?

  • 16, taekwondo(and many other concepts from other martial arts), about a year and a half.

  • monroe! how long did it take you to get flexible to do alot of the sweet moves you do like your 540 spin kick?

  • Well I was flexible enough to do it for a long time. Its just the technique that was hard to get down.

  • Good vid realy helped me! Im doing muay thai and i always have trouble with my right high kick and when i done this stretch it's easy. Thanks! And what is the name of the song in the beginning?

    do u get more flexible if you hold the stretch for longer.. say instead of 20 secs 30 secs?
