  • I renewed my interest in knitting after reading loomknittingnow (.) com

  • Excellent instruction. I do know how to slip 1 with yarn in front or back, but I'm trying to knit a scarf with a horizontal herringbone pattern. The instructions say K3, sl 2 wyif, k2, and then repeat to last stitch. I'm not sure how to do this correctly. Thanks.

  • Verena,

I am having trouble doing the pebble stitch. Do you have a video?

My pattern is: 32 stitches on neddle. Row one: K all sts, Row two: K3, P26, K3, Row 3: K3, K1, PU loop before next st & K it, K1, PU loop, etc rep across row. K last 3 stitch. I always have to many stitches on my needle. Need your help. Your videos are great. Thank you, Ann

  • I have looked at a few of your videos and I just wanted to say thank you. It has always been easier for me to learn by watching, but the videos are not always easy to see what the knitter is doing. YOU make sure we can see and you explain in a clear voice. I feel like I can now knit a little better and have learned so much in the short time it took to watch 4 short videos that you posted!! THANKS AGAIN!

  • Hi! I'm attempting a woven transverse herringbone pattern for the first time.

The pattern calls for sl2 wyif

Are these the stitches I need? My pattern doesn't specify knit wise or purl wise.

    Thank you!

  • Purl, with yarn in front

  • What if it says to slip one with the yarn in front, then knit one? Do I need to move the yarn to the back before I knit that stitch?
