Whose voice are you referring to? I checked IMDB and the guy who plays Frank on Scooby Doo is not credited anywhere for voicing a character on Legend of Zelda.

Link is the strong and silent hero, but they make him out to be goon who is easily swindled by a crooked nosed smut peddler.
