Some of these have been built, new, in the last 5 years. The one pictured at about 6 minutes, I'm pleased to mention, has been restored! I'm familiar with all of the buildings in the video, and have been in dozens of them. The reconstruction of hundreds of these fine buildings have been done, generally by the OWNERS, and the projects began when financing and insurance were not available. A huge round of applause is richly deserved.
