According to the US and Pakistani intelligence service, the militant Islamic group Laskhar-e-Taiba is a terrorist organisation. But Pakistan allowed them to provide aid after the earthquake struck.

"The first people who came to help were Jamaat-ud-Dawa", states one grateful survivor. But Jamaat-ud-Dawa was formally known as the terrorist group Laskhar-e-Taiba. "All they've done is change their name", complains analyst Samina Ahmed. Support for extremists in the earthquake zone has never been strong. There's concern Laskhar-e-Taiba are exploiting the tragedy to boost their popularity.

Over 1 Billion dollars was provided by the international community in 2006 for the reconstruction of Balakot. It was reported in 2010 that this money has been siphoned off by the Pakistani army for buying arms. As of today Balakot is still in ruins.

I think best thing would be to stop India from making illegal dams according to sidh tas resolution and from stopping Pakistani water in Kashmir. they stop the water when it is required for Pakistani fields and open the dams let Pakistan flood in order to keep Indian cities safe from floods. Pakistani agriculture is in Indian hands right now. if they want Pakistan to be destroyed they will do that.
