Giuliani cleaned up NY, getting rid of pan handlers, squeegie men, street peddlers, garbage, graffiti, etc. The Comstat system he and Bratton initiated indisputably reduced crime and is still in place today. It works so well that several other large cities, including Los Angeles, have adopted it with much success.

Why does Giuliani keep wasting his money? How did Rudy know the towers were going to come down? Why do the NY firefighters hate him? Why did he allow evidence for 9/11 be removed from the crime scene before and investigation. Rudy is a roadent on the highway of life. If he doesn't get out of the way, the Ron Paul semi will turn him into Rudy Pate, or leave him flopping on the side.
