Gee cuz, apparently you bought into the Dems stupidity. The problem was how to pay for the bill. You might remember that the Dems passed PayGo which meant that they couldn't enact any other legislation unless they figured out how to pay for it first. Then they turned right around and wanted to pass more legislation without paying for it. The GOP tried to make abide by their own rules. But apparently that doesn't matter.
