Strange Sound in the Sky

This is not the sound of rain...it was not raining. I've heard this sound before up in PA but this time here in Florida, it was louder and longer. There is also a strange flashing in that one spot. I moved the camera around and every time I went back to that one spot there was that flashing. I've heard this strange sound has been being reported all over the world now.

I live close to an airport, and this sounds exactly like a plane..

Not airplanes above the clouds at all, I live in Mexico, in Baja and we heard that sounds a few days a go around 3:00 AM in the morning there are many recordings of it in you tube too

@MrKurt1962 I disagree. I don't know what it is, but have you been able to actually hear a jet flying above the cloud line in the middle of a city? Ok if you COULD hear it at all, it wouldn't be nearly that loud. Im sorry, but there must be another explanation.
The flashing does look really hoakie, because the entire shot is flashing, not only the sky. Evidence that the lighting may have been tampered with I.E hoax.
