Same goes for many private hospitals. Not all hospitals are in rich areas. I work in a PRIVATE hospital, and I see the same things you say are the case with government-funded hospitals.

$500-$1,000 a year- $5 to $25 a month for healthcare

$1,0000-$5,000 a year- $25 to $35 a month for healthcare

$5,000-$15,000 a year- $40 to $70 a month for healthcare

I'm not saying things don't cost money. It might be fare to have people who can afford healthcare, to pay for it, or at least pay for more advanced services. Then it may not seem fare that other people get free healthcare, but if they're just too poor, it's just the way it is. Or you can determine healthcare costs based on income. Just like taxes are based on your income and number of children.
