I'm not sure that run would be possible, I know when Dead Sea Scrolls pops out items like that infinite item power shuts down the moment you fire it off, it seems like launchable spacebar items confuse the cheat engine.

When Green was looking for the secret room in the Basement 2, I am almost positive that he could not find it because he had already beat the boss and unlocked the Devil's room, which I'm sure replaced the secret room that was originally on that specific tile above the boss room.
