Nebraska defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh was voted The Associated Press College Football Player of the Year. It's the first time a defensive player has won the award. Suh had 12 sacks this season. (Dec. 22)
College football or any other sport that is played in college have no need to be in the media. Enough is enough, their are more important news that needs to addressed then some amateur/annual trophy.
