omg this was 2 months after 10 heavy operations! Everything was swollen! But know everthing faded away and now she looks AMAZING!

I think Heidi looks better now than she did before. I think it's funny how the mother says, "hopefully it will fade away"??? like what the heck???? You think her nose will just "fade away"??? That is soo laughable.

@magicmusicme that doesnt make any sence at all? If she knew she wasnt ugly she wouldnt of even considered the Plastic Surgery.. Even her husband Spencer told her not to even consider it, but she did it. The way she publicized it, yes, could be percieved as that but why would you not if it makes headlines? its been 2 years since her surgery (this episode), and alot of it is healed and she actually looks better now.

@lolsjesse Ok, she was not ugly and she knew that. She got plastic surgery because she realized that her career (and I use the term very loosely) was on its way to failure. So she figured she could go out, get an bunch of plastic surgery, and make money doing interviews while her face was still swollen to shock people. I don't feel badly for her...try actually looking ugly...lifes a bit different when your not some dumb hollywood bimbo.

People need to understand that she was always called out for having a horseface, jay leno chin and thats just really sad. If people kept telling you were ugly, you start to believe it and you just dont want to be you. Now that Shes changed her body, people say oh you looked way better before which is so hypocritical. & if my mother would of acted like this, i probably would of done the same thing Heidi did, cut her out of my life.

@sunshinekessy I hope you're not being condescending 'cause people seem to look down on Heidi & mock her instead of sympathizing for her. You feel sorry for Heidi's mom instead of Heidi, a victim of our sick & shallow society!? She had/has self-esteem problems with her appearance & it is really fucked up of the people who judge her! Low self-esteem isn't a joke nor is it a sin that warrants people's condemnation; it's unfortunate & people should feel sorrow & compassion for those with it!
