You are losing some horsepower being so close to the block, all your doing is pulling in hot air, if you still have the extend the intake down towards the bumper with a shield and you will see a difference in power and sounds.

@socomHD idk it just seems so tiny...i have an 86 lude and the cold air intake is twice the size...just seems small
