@biguglygadgie out of the jar only as long as bacon normally would. One of the things I have found that if you store any leftovers in a canning jar in the fridge it increases the storage life to 2-3 weeks instead of 3-4 days. Blessings!

@Allen2045 I would just heat the jar in hot water first and save the grease. But you could save the paper also. Blessings!
