This is what has worried me about getting one. The un protected part of the car oxidizing and looking bad if I ever had to remove the bra.

So after you buffed and waxed it, the paint was actually still the same color as the rest of the car that wasn't covered in clear bra material? It was pretty noticeable at first when you removed the bra, but I couldn't really tell after you waxed it.
Reason I ask is the paint on my GTO is starting to look darker where the clear bra is, and it worries me that the paint is messed up from that thing being on the car.
