John "Toast" Oast from Fishyaker.com, SusquehannaFishing.com, and the Ocean Kayak Fishing Team demonstrates how easy and inexpensive it is to make your own mounted camera dry housing from a department store dry box. For more kayak rigging and fishing videos check out the Fishyaker Youtube page or Fishyaker.com.
i got one of these housings, and i fish alot, so im planning to attach the camera on my anchor and drop that down to the bottom so i can see reefs, fish, etc

You may want to note that this is for a "sit on top" Kayak that is more stable than a "sit in" Kayak. This would put your center of gravity higher making your Sit In more likely to tip.

Hey John - Very inventive. It's good to see that you're still keeping that gray matter working. - Susquehanna... no more Williamsburg?

And really cool if your camera has a wireless Remote so you could turn it on/off etc without having to open the box during the day..
