Maria and two of her siblings flee Mexico for the United States, illegally by way of the Rio Grande. Guided by human "Coyotes", they discover that the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence, especially when your powerful new employer harbors a dark secret within his heart. @koalajopub yes they want to look for a better life but welfare is not a better life

What's the dark secret in the employers heart? Seem like Maria and her two siblings left a beautiful country to break our laws and become a burden on our people. If Mexico is so messed up why is it that 110,000,000 still make a living in Mexico. The U.S. is a free ride for those who can make here. We need to stop them and if Maria and her siblings want change in Mexico it should be done from Mexico!

Careful now, don't let your emotions be manipulated by those who seek to destroy and conquer with vengence and hatred toeards those who feed, cloth and enable into a life of Socialism in the name of La Raza. THe reconqusta for Aztlan is under way.

Extremely evocative. Gives a feeling of ancient forces at work -- old dilemmas, eternal human situations.

Lovely. The images in the video really convey the feel and theme of the story: from the opening image of the fence to the drama of the stepped pyramids. Very compelling.
